Work with the team

No current open positions
We are not hiring at the moment. Openings fill through referrals and our training pipeline, so this page may stay quiet for a while. Check back, or send a note and we will keep it on file.
How we work
Real shop time
You work on live equipment from day one, not on paperwork.
Certified path
We support EPA 608 and NATE testing as your skills grow.
Local routes
Service calls stay in the South Sound. No long travel days.
Training first
Most of our people came up through our own program instead of a job posting. If you want the training, that is the fastest way to reach the work.
